The Foire du Valais is in less than a month. As in 2017, the event will be held across 3 separate areas: The traditional permanent stand in CERM 1 which has been there since the beginning; the Morand sWiss Cocktails bar in the Live! space for cocktails, wine and delicious Morand syrups; and a boutique in the Flavours section selling syrups and Grand Saint Bernard Herbs & Spices, where you can taste the syrups and take an authentic local souvenir home with you.
